The chemical composition of the pigments is indicated on the labels of the individual paints. Lightfastness of paint is marked with stars on each tube. Three stars indicate the highest lightfastness, one star indicates the lowest lightfastness. The highest-quality pigments are most often joined by linseed refined oil with a low acid number. The manufacturer fully guarantees the oil paints used for masterpieces and provides a 99-year warranty for them.
