Do you ship overseas?

No. All shipping goes only to Germany for now.

How much is the shipping fee?

It is usually 3,99 EUR per supplier.

For now there is only 1 supplier. In theory you can order only 1 tube 60ml of paint and you will pay 3,99 EUR shipping fee for that 1 tube or you can order 20 tubes and still pay only 3,99 EUR unless it is over 140€ then the shipping is free.

How long will it take to get my order?

It can take between 3 - 14 days.

Once your order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Don´t forget to check your Spam or Promotional folder!

What shipping carriers do you use?

Only PPL for now.

Will I receive only one package?

The delivery of your order depends on the suppliers and items selected; ordering three items from three different suppliers may result in receiving three separate packages.

Will I know which supplier I have ordered from?

Due to Shopify's system limitations, you will be informed of the brand you've ordered but not the specific supplier, as a single supplier may handle multiple brands without covering all items from a particular brand.

How can I determine the number of suppliers fulfilling my order?

Unfortunately, due to Shopify's system limitations, you will only be able to determine the number of suppliers fulfilling your order at checkout, based on the shipping fees displayed.

Can I return my product?

Unused products can be returned free of charge within two weeks of delivery. Unless it is a custom made stretched canvas.

In your customer portal you will be able to generate a return label for free and the return is also free of charge.

Upon receiving the item, the customer will receive store credit.
